The base price covers 3-6 hours, with each additional hour at $30 and overnight rentals available for 30% more. Do you provide the water for the water slide?
You supply the water source — a standard outdoor garden hose spigot. We bring the hose adapter, the connection hardware, and the blower. Need a longer reach? We rent a 100 ft water hose for $25 if your spigot is far from where the slide will be set up. Your water bill is your responsibility, but most parties use roughly the same water as a backyard sprinkler running for a few hours.
What size water slide do I need for my backyard?
Most water slides need a 20x40 ft flat area on grass with a relatively level landing zone for safety. Smaller 13 ft splash slides fit in 15x25 ft. Our HUGE 24 ft dual-lane needs more room — about 25x50 ft. What ages can use the water slide?
Most of our standard water slides are recommended for ages 5+. Our smaller tropical-style 13 ft splash slides work for ages 3+ with adult supervision. The dual-lane 18-24 ft racing slides are best for ages 6+. Always require adult supervision and never allow kids to climb the slide outside the proper ladder.
Will my grass be damaged?
Some matting from the inflatable footprint is normal but temporary — grass typically rebounds within a week. We use stakes (not weights) on grass for safe anchoring. If you're hosting on artificial turf or a yard you're trying to keep show-perfect, mention it when you book and we'll talk you through it.
How early should I book a water slide for July or August?
Peak summer water slide rentals — especially weekends in July — book up 4 weeks or more in advance. June is a smart booking window. That said, we get cancellations and shifts, so even if you're calling Wednesday for Saturday, call us anyway — we may have a slide free.
Do water slides work in cool weather?
Once the daytime high drops below ~70°F, water slides stop being fun (the kids get cold fast). Below ~65°F we usually recommend swapping to a dry combo bouncer instead. We watch the forecast for your date and recommend a swap if needed — no extra fee.
What happens if it rains on my party day?
Water slides cannot be operated in heavy rain, thunderstorms, or sustained winds over 15 mph — it's a safety standard, not just our policy. If the forecast is bad, we'll work with you to either reschedule to another available date or, depending on timing, issue a credit. We do not deliver during active storms. We watch the forecast for you and reach out the day before.
Can I keep the water slide overnight?
Yes — overnight rentals are available for an additional 30% over the base price. We pick up the next day by 9 AM, weather permitting. Overnight rentals are not available for condos, townhomes, or apartment complexes due to safety and storage requirements.
Are the water slides cleaned between rentals?
Yes — every water slide is pressure-washed, sanitized, and inspected between rentals. This matters more for water units than dry inflatables, and it's a corner most rental companies cut. We've been doing this since 2008 and parents trust us specifically because we don't.
